We are a small group of twentysomethings hailing from not only diverse cultural, geographic and socioeconomic backgrounds, but also from a vast array of life experiences and approaches. We have grown up in completely distinct environments, regions and countries, from the American West to the Far East and from the Deep South to the Nation's Capitol.

For us, this project represents an experiment in collaborative expression, not entrepreneurship. This book is not about making a profit or feeding our egos. Rather, it is our way of dealing with the quarter-life crisis. It allows us to remain creative beings outside of the 9 to 5 routine, away from cubicles and beyond paychecks. (Plus, it's a lot more fun than doing real work.)
