Who Am I?

My name is Mike, I’m a twenty something guy who has struggled throughout his whole life with yo yo dieting, chasing fads, and generally disliking exercising. What this taught me was how to get the most from dieting without having to spend your entire day in the gym.

Because of this knowledge, Quarter Life Crisis was my brain child when many of my friends kept asking me how I lost the weight and quite frankly I got sick of telling them! I will post as often as I can (I have a real job and QLC isn’t paying the bills anytime soon!) but feel free to leave a comment and I will respond ASAP!
